when you use computer at home, public or in company & you want to protect them from unauthorized person .I will show you how to secured your excel files with password.
- Open your excel file.
- Click on save as.
- You can see a window Just click on tools which is bottom left corner
Click for zoom - select General option,type password to open
- Confirm same password again
- now save your file,Click on yes if overwrite window appeared.
This trick you can apply your word & other Microsoft office files.
